The Protocol Unit conducts routine protocol duties within the Church premises during services and meetings. They control the entrance to the main sanctuary and the Pastor’s office.

The Unit provides information and organize counseling schedules with the Pastors, on service days. They identify visiting ministers, VIPs, church guests etc. and attend to them appropriately, compiling and inviting guests in special programmes.

They procure and process travel documents for guests and make transportation and accommodation arrangements for guests, logistics and other formalities during special meetings.
