We have to understand that we have inheritances loaded for us in redemption; however, until we put up a fight of faith, we cannot lay hold on our heritage in Christ. 1Tim. 6:12 (KJV) “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.” There is no supernatural breakthrough, without a fight. Matt. 11:12 (KJV) “And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.”

It is important for us to know what faith is; because anything you don’t define, you will decline and deviate from.

WHAT IS FAITH?

  1. It is the master key (that is, a key that can open any door) to a world of unlimited possibilities. Luke 18:27 (KJV) “And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.” The world we live in is full of uncertainties and impossibilities, it takes faith to scale through them all. We serve a God who is an impossibility specialist; therefore, whatever God can do, your faith can do. Therefore, see yourself as a god, in the class of God. Mark 9:23 (KJV) “Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.”
  2. It is putting God’s work to work. Faith is not just professing or claiming something, it is a work. You don’t claim anything without engaging the word. Luke 1:37 (KJV) “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” God specializes in doing what men cannot do.
  3. It is your signature, in the purchasing market of destiny. Mark 10:27 (KJV) “And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.” When your faith is not signed, you cannot access anything in life.
  4. It is taking full spiritual responsibility, in the light of scriptures, especially in the area of your desire. 28:1 (KJV) “And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth.” You don’t out give people by mouth, you out give people by faith. Heb. 11:4 (KJV) “By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.” There are laws of faith, but until we adhere to them, Gods word cannot be fulfilled in our lives. Josh. 1:8 (KJV) “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success”.
