Violent faith is always forceful and aggressive, in his approach to possess what belongs to him. Matt. 11:12 (KJV) “And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.”

It is important for us to know what faith is, in the context of this teaching; so as to maximize  all that faith has to offer.

WHAT IS FAITH?

1. It is not a BEGGARLY force, but a CONQUERING   You can’t find a man of faith looking beggarly at any time; a man of faith knows what belongs to him in destiny, and goes to take it by force. Dan. 3:5-6, 16-18, 27-30 (KJV) (5) “That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up: (6) And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace. (16) Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed–nego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. (17) If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. (18) But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. You must therefore carry this conquerors faith in your spirit. Dan. 6:24-28 (KJV) (24) “And the king commanded, and they brought those men which had accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions, them, their children, and their wives; and the lions had the mastery of them, and brake all their bones in pieces or ever they came at the bottom of the den. (25) Then king Darius wrote unto all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto you. (26) I make a decree, That in every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel: for he is the living God, and stedfast for ever, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed, and his dominion shall be even unto the end. (27) He delivereth and rescueth, and he worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth, who hath delivered Daniel from the power of the lions. (28) So this Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius, and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian.” Anytime you appear beggarly, you accept defeat. Understand that violent faith is not equal to arrogance, it is simply an expression of your trust in God and in His word.
2. It is not a DORMANT force, but a VIOLENT   Mk. 2:1-12 (KJV). When your faith says “Yes”, any other thing that says “No” to you will pay, and be utterly dealt with. Luke 8:25 (KJV) “And he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! for he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him.”
